Amanda first discovered her love for Pilates through dance. After receiving a BFA in Dance at George Mason University, she moved to New York City and completed her certification with Balanced Body. While struggling with a back injury a few years into her dance career, she witnessed the true healing powers of Pilates, and never looked back.

She currently teaches and films classes that are available On Demand on both her website and Pilates App. You can choose from over 300+ classes and programs of different formats. With over 12 years of teaching experience in person, she has worked and programmed for with athletes, clients needing injury rehabilitation, pre- and post-natal women, and many more.

Because of her dance background, Amanda has a strong focus on alignment and posture, but also encourages her clients to find the joy in movement. She is a firm believer that Pilates will allow you to do the things you love, and still feel good doing them!
